EZ Food stores foods and recipes with nutrition figures from public catalogs (Coles, Woolworths, AFCD, USDA, Open Food Facts) and from what you enter. Figures can be wrong or out of date, and community data is marked as such; check the label when it matters. EZ Food does not provide medical or dietary advice.
You retain full ownership of the foods and recipes you add to EZ Food. You may export or delete them at any time. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind; we recommend exporting periodic backups from the Settings tab.
